A Royal Affair

As I was in London the day before the Royal wedding, I decided to go and check out the scenes of Westminster and the route to BP. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing- everyone was in such high spirits waiting for the big day. What fascinated me the most was all the people camping..who had been there 2 or 3 nights already and still in the best of moods. People from all over the world had travelled to see it and there was camera crews everywhere. I chose a few pictures to capture the spirit of the day (and a few of the nutters). My favourite image has to be of the two policemen outside the abbey- both getting into the spirit of things. The day itself was perfect and Kate's dress was beautiful- I'm so glad it was McQueen would have been abit of a let down after all the hype. Definite comparisons to the Grace Kelly dress- absolutely stunning!
